A Message From Our Founder
As the Founder and Executive Director of Panache Girls Alliance (501c3), my earnest desire is to provide a safe, affirming and productive environment for young women to grow, thrive and prepare for a promising future. Panache Girls Alliance was born out of the need to provide urban girls with the skills, tools and exposure needed to be competitive in academic, social and professional environments; regardless of their socio-economic backgrounds or communities.
Through our “uncompromising commitment to excellence” our goal is to reach and positively impact as many young girls as possible and provide the vital services and programs needed for success in today’s society. We believe that this can be accomplished through special focus in the areas of interpersonal communication, life skills and social etiquette. Equipped with these vital tools, education and support; young women can reach their loftiest goals and excel in a multitude of areas.
It is my hope that Panache Girls Alliance will challenge and motivate participants to a higher level of excellence in their lives and those around them. We are so grateful for the opportunity to empower countless young women to pursue and achieve the greatness that lies within each of them.
