MISSION:
To prepare high-risk urban disadvantaged girls ages 13-17 for success in education, professional career paths and positive involvement in their local and global communities.
We intend to focus on developing life, social and interpersonal skills necessary for success in today’s local and global society. Panache by definition means: spirited self confidence and courage, dashing elegance of manner; in the truest spirit of its meaning, it is our goal to create a diverse group of young women empowered by knowledge, positive reinforcement and self confidence.
Our goal is to train, coach and mentor young women and provide interactive programs and activities, introducing them to positive and affirming environments, while making them college and employment ready.
To ensure that urban high-risk and disadvantaged girls are competitive within academic environments and the workforce, our objective is to provide focused training in:
- Effective Interpersonal Communication
- Life Skills
- Social Etiquette
Training in these areas will produce well versed, community and globally aware, refined and polished young women capable of confidently competing in today’s markets.
